Adhesive technology
In the area of adhesive technology, we use the slit-nozzle technique for applying coatings of melt-adhesives to textile ribbons (viscosities up
to 50,000 mPa) of all types.

Systems and equipment are available, or are adjusted by our equipment production according to customer requests, for further processing
of the most varied materials (leather, woven fabric, knitwear) for appliqués and pipings. In this connection, we are able to process all kinds
of adhesive substances both in granulate and in block form.

Laminating technology
Knitted/woven fabrics and other carrier substrates are turned into technically usable products by means of individual polymer coatings, application and finishing processes

Depending on intended application and stress, our laminating machines and systems are individually adapted to customer requirements so
that the required properties of the end product can be fulfilled and an effective process ensured.

Use is made of coatings of olefins, CoPES, CoPA and derivatives – generally all paste-like or thermoplastic polymers.

In order to achieve an optimum result, the choice of a suitable carrier material, coating and finishing is also of decisive importance.
