Selvedge Tapes
Selvedge Tapes are used to stabilize the contours and length fixing for elastic fabric seams. Moreover, they are, for example,
also used during the manufacturing process of leather upholstery to achieve an even “gather” of the material around bends and curves.
Selvedge tapes increase the maximum stress that can be exerted on seams, facilitate fabric processing and provide an even seam quality.
