Further-processing technologies

Manufacture
We process our products on sewing machines with all known stitch types in one or more needle versions in order to prepare our products optimally for integration into the manufacturing processes of our customers. For the production of 2-D stitch patterns, e.g. special
bars, punching machines are used.

Shearing
For processing Henkel plush material, shearing machines for the manufacture of velour are available. An exact and securely produced
pile height is of great importance in particular for textile edge protection for sealing systems, in order to prevent pressure marks and to ensure constant clamping forces in the vehicle.
