Tensioning straps
The mission is to find a tensioning aid to prevent the cover from exhibiting creases or irregularities. It must be very robust, must be easy to integrate in the assembly and must not damage the fabric.
Imitation leather straps are cut und glued with a film and heat.
The holes for securing to the cover are subsequently punched. In the third and final stage the tapes are precisely cut to length. Tensioning straps are available in all upholstery colours.
